i just got a miniature schnouzer i think thats how you spell it , anyways its a little hard to keep him from doing his buisness indoors i know this dogs is one of the smartest breeds but i still need help

My Bella has been potty trained sine 6 mo old she is a cocker spaniel/poodle more cocker than poodle and has gone in a litter box for the past 5 1/2 years it took about a month for her to get it but since then shes never missed 1 time in 5 1/2 yrs its incredible so smart
