PJ (Labrador Retriever) – Obedience Level II. Dog Training
PJ is a Labrador Retriever that completed the Neuman K-9 Academy Obedience Level II. program fordogs. This program covered obedience commands to sit, stay, down, heel, come when called (off-leash), and general etiquette like waiting at doors until released and no jumping up. Our Labrador Retriever dog training camp provides programs such as Labrador Retriever boot camp, Labrador Retriever obedience training, Labrador Retriever puppy camp, and personal protection K9 training. @neumank9academy thancks for the advice i knew that the colars didnt train the dogs but everyone syas to use it and i was just curious on if to use a prong or something else

@doglover091 We use many different types of training tools and collars in our program. We do not have a one size fits all approach to training. The more important thing to remember is the collars do not train the dog – they are means of enforcing the training. The learning process and training the dog are the first step to good training – this happens before any use of a correction collar.

do you use prong collors i use either a choker which i use the right way or regular collars but people tell me to use a prong for my 1 year old who is as stubborn as a mule

@neumank9academy thats kool i got a 1 year just turned 1 hes a yellow lab and only knows sit down stay and drop on recall but still working on other things my 5 year old is a black lab and knows some German and allot of tricks he was abused pretty bad before i got him so it was a shock on how fast he bonded with me
