that look likea good one if i can get it right. i didn’t know to do stay first. i skip leave and go to stay to be helpful for myself is i can do it right. i am afraid i when i do it and get it wrong.

I Just Watched this Vid then i tried to train my dog with this method and it perfectly worked!
I Think this is the first time i genually trained my dog with him understanding what the command realy means!
Wow dogs can understand!

stay, should mean freeze, regardless if sitting or standing or even laying down, most people choose sit because you can correct as the dog sits up rather that standing and taking a step towards you.

I’ve never understood the ‘stay’ command. Isn’t it the same as ‘sit’? Shouldn’t the dog sit until you tell him to come?

when i put the treat down the dog comes then i do the verbal correction but do i just tell him sit stay or do i say no when he comes then i say sit and stay or how do i let the dog no that when i put the treat down not to come?
